On pickup day, place your laundry in a 13-gallon bag or hamper and leave it in a safe spot — your porch, garage, or shed works perfectly. You don’t even need to be home. Just let us know where to find it, and we’ll handle the rest. We take extra care to protect your laundry from weather and critters, so you can feel completely at ease knowing it’s safe in our hands.
3. Fresh, Folded & Delivered
When your laundry returns, it won’t just be clean — it will be carefully folded into tidy stacks, sorted by size, style, and even color. Yes, we really do match your socks. Everything arrives in clear, protective bags, and your reusable laundry bags are washed and folded, too. It’s the kind of care you’d expect if a good neighbor was helping you out.

Halo Fluff & Fold Laundry
Most single bags or hampers are ~12 lbs. Deposits cover the first ~10 lbs per bag; any extra is billed after weighing. If you choose to send laundry in your hamper, we do NOT weigh laundry with a hamper; it is weighed separately.
